Where we ship
We ship to the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders to the countries above.
Processing and delivery times
- Processing: 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
- Delivery: usually 10–20 business days after dispatch, depending on your country and local carrier.
Our products ship from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in Asia. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during peak seasons (for example November–December) or because of customs or carrier delays.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take 3–5 days to show the first update after dispatch. If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us at [email protected].
Taxes and duties
Prices include VAT. You should not be charged customs or import fees on delivery. If a carrier asks you for any payment, please contact us before paying.
Lost or delayed orders
If your tracking has not updated for 15 days, or your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Wrong address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering so we can correct it before dispatch.
